   Here’s a relevant follow-up to the notion of who owns your personal data: Dr. Geist’s take on the Privacy Commissioner’s ruling about Bell Canada’s targeted ad program. In short: an opt-out to the use of your personal data is unacceptable; an opt-in approach must be used.
